Just AF or something else..?

My period was supposed to start today (10/29) but I started getting some little spotting of blood last evening. I woke up this morning ready to hop in the shower and felt this heaviness down below. I wiped myself and this is what I had come out, which I haven’t seen before. Is this just a heavy AF or something else??
