Temp spiked this morning and I'm like ...????

My morning OPK yesterday was positive but the rest of the day they were negative. In my past cycles, I get 3 days of stark positives when I ovulate.

Now this morning I tested with SMU and it's positive but I don't trust anything anymore 😢

My main concern is that isn't the temp spike supposed to happen *after* ovulation has occurred? Which means I would've ovulated yesterday... which is fine but why was my LH so low that I only got one positive test? I just think too much and it makes me not feel good about this cycle ..
