Bbt chart is frustrating me

Iv been ttc for 2 years. I have, pcos, endometriosis, mthfr mutation. I tried femara a while back and I did ovulate. The problem was I didn't know I had endo and adhesion everywhere. I switched doctors and had surgery to remove it and now on my first round of clomid. I still feel like I have cyst on my ovary because it hurts to have sex. I had 2 follicles on my right. Both above 20 mm. Iv fracked my bbt and I feel like I didn't really ovulate or it not successful because my temps are not going up.
