My then bf and now husband had just split and I was at an Apmnt at my recovery center, I had 6 mos clean that day. I had a random drug test that day and asked if they could do a prego test too, I totally thought it would be negative, like not even a thought of being pregnant, I was in an Apmnt with my counselor and the nurse knocked and I had forgotten I had taken the test at that point, she said I was pregnant. I was in total shock! She has been my biggest blessing. I will have 7 yrs clean and sober in April and my husband and I got married this past August. Our anniversary for being together is on Halloween and we will be celebrating nine yrs. God works in mysterious ways.

I was 20, and had been married to my husband for about 9 months. I had just gotten my iud removed because it was causing a hormone imbalanced and giving me all these issues. My ob then had told me that I would not be able to get pregnant until my period returned which could take a couple months. Well I took his word for it. I was taking care of a friend who just had his wisdom teeth pulled and was at the store buying him groceries when I went and bought a pregnancy test just for the hell of it. When I got home I took the test even though I hadn’t had a period yet and it came back positive. I collapsed on my kitchen floor crying and when I told my husband that night he ran out and got me a digital. We weren’t planning on having kids for a couple more years but oh well. After 3 weeks we had just started to get excited about our little family when I started bleeding. I ended up losing my baby at 7 weeks. After my doctor ( I got a new ob) gave us the go ahead to start trying again we did and 2 months later just a week before my husband and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary I found out I was pregnant again. We are now expecting our little boy at the end of January.

i was(and am) 15 and i went to my pediatrician because i had been sick for months but it had gotten really bad over about a week and itold her i was sexually active so they did a test and i seriously thought she was joking with me. i cried for a good hour wondering what i was going to do but now as my due date gets closer and i look back and see how much of a blessing this has been so far i realise that i should have never wondered what i was going to do because i already had a plan. im joining a program at my school and if i work hard i can easily graduate early. at my parent teacher confrence a couple weeks ago all my teachers said they were nothing short of amazed at my performance and proud that i was doing BETTER than most of my peers that werent wrestling with low attendence due to pregnancy and family issues. im a sophmore and i could graduate as early as the end of my junior year.

I was 18, getting ready for school. My boobs were very very sensitive. Never tracked my period back then. So I checked if I had a test. Figured ehh why not. never even dawned on the idea of being pregnant. Slowly watched that plus sign fill in & felt pure panic. Texted my bestfriend & went to school that day trying not combust with the thought of me being pregnant when no one around me knew but I knew they would eventually. 😂😂 Once it sunk in, & I told my now husband, I was so proud of my belly. My little girl finished my senior year with me. ❤❤

Had my first and *only* child so far at 20. I gave him up for adoption. Hopefully I'll be able to have children of my own in the next couple of ears now that I'm in a better place and with a better guy. I'm almost 22

My then boyfriend was having "pregnancy" like symptoms and told me to take a test. I would laugh it off telling him it was all in his head since we had just started ttc that month, BUT the day before my period was supposed to start I had walked by that one aisle at the store and out of curiosity you know purchased ONE pregnancy test. Took it that day "just out of curiosity" and BAM PREGNANT, TWO FREAKING LINES! 😂 Till this day I laugh at my now husband for having all the symptoms. 😈 Oopsy 🤷🏼♀️😅
