I really could use some advice on ways to cope with/ get a handle on my emotions and anxiety while pregnant. Today I am visiting family in a different state with my husband and daughter. My husband said something and it triggered me. I just snapped and I’m not really even sure why. I feel like I got upset for no reason and now my husband is not speaking to me. It was honestly like I blacked out. I seriously hate myself right now and feel terribly guilty and sad. Please help! Any advice is welcomed.
