Pregnant with an anxiety disorder
I suffer from GAD and panic attacks and have been on medication in the past for it, and I was Xanax for when I need it. My first pregnancy I was totally fine - this one I’m having awful anxiety and can’t take my Xanax when I need it. Any other mamas with this? How do you help yourself during an attack??
