I’m on my first set on Larin Fe 1/20 pills, in week 3. I got put on them to regulate my extremely low estrogen levels.. I noticed like Wednesday morning (2nd pill of w3) I had HORRIBLE cramps in my right side and some less horrible but still bad on my left. And I was very nauseous. The worst day for me was Thursday but today (Sunday) my cramps are literally off the chart painful and still more in my right side.

I’ve been taking ibuprofen/ using a heat pad/ drinking water. But it suckssss.

Any help or other options to try?
