I have a cold and I’m breastfeeding...what OTC meds are safe?
I woke up with a sore throat and runny nose. I’m strictly breastfeeding my 4 month old. I was going to take mucinex but the ingredients can slow my milk production.
Does any have a recommendation for OTC meds to take while breastfeeding? I don’t want this to get worse so I’d like to take something asap. Thanks
