For some reason I get kinda embarrassed when I orgasm?

So I cannot orgasm through penetration (which I know is fairly common) but I tend to get really intense orgasms through oral. I always feel super insecure and embarrassed afterwards so I tend to have the guy stop right before it happens. Does anyone else feel this way or is it just me?

Orgasming is so intense, sometimes I feel really vulnerable and embarrassed too! Even though I love and trust my SO with EVERYTHING, sometimes I still feel that way.
