Could I be pregnant?

So I've been suffering with strep the past week, I don't believe I have had any pregnancy symptoms however I could be wrong. I've had headaches presumably because of the illness but for 2 days I've been having on and off nausea. I had quite a bit of CM yesterday that happened to be an off white/greyish colour which is unusual for me, and I'm also 3 days late on my period now. I've been peeing quite frequently and I just used the bathroom and when I wiped there was a tiny, and I mean TINY spec of blood and nothing more. I took a Dollar Tree pregnancy test this afternoon but it was negative... what should I do? 😪 Just keeping my fingers crossed that dreaded AF doesn't show up, and I've had no symptoms that she will. 🤞🏻
