Any advice on getting an 11 month old to sleep better at night ?

Hi moms , 
My lo wakes up 3-4 times a night and wakes up ready for the day at 5am . I love been following all the tips I read online but I feel like I’m doing something wrong . 
I tried cry it out but I don’t think it works for me or I don’t know how to do it when I’m so exhausted.
What did you moms do to finally get them to sleep better ??

We started a bedtime routine and promoted good sleep habits right from day one. I never went by any book or what others told me to do (or not to do). I’ve always just worked with my daughter and her individual needs. She showed signs of being able to sleep longer at night by 3 or 4 weeks old so we used that opportunity to sleep train. She was sleeping 100% through the night by 5 weeks old. I swear by good sleep habits anx routines.

My son was the same...at 2 years old he has only just cut down to waking up once a night 😬 I haven’t slept through in 2 years 😂 he is happy and healthy and way ahead on development, just not a great sleeper. It helped when we moved him into a proper bed so I could just go cuddle him back to sleep when he woke up, we all got more sleep like that. None of the ‘sleep methods’ worked for us either. But I feel that just being there for him every time he woke up and needed me has gone a long way to make him a content, secure, little person. Good luck!
