Weird stretch mark welts...
I have stretch marks all over my belly and have for awhile, they have always been inward on my skin and have never left bumps or anything.
Now at the very bottom of my belly the stretch marks are welting up and protrude off of my skin. It feels like if a scratch welted up. Is this normal?
