My periods are pretty irregular and I never really pay much attention to any discharge. However, this month I did notice the egg-white like discharge..it was extremely heavy (sorry tmi) so clearly that was my ovulation window. It only lasted a couple of days.

So if this discharge was ovulation discharge is there a number of days I could try and go by that I would be able to try and gauge when my period may be due?

EDIT: I have been tested for polycystic ovaries (although not pcos) and thankfully that came back clear. They've been irregular ever since I came off the pill almost 2 years ago!
