Ear aches while working out?!?! 😫

Ladies!! I'm trying to get in shape and I've noticed when I work out my ears ache soooo bad even for hours following my workout. Any one know what causes this?! I recognize this ache from when I run in the cold they ached like this too. Advice?!

This happens to me, too, particularly when I run in cold weather. I don't know why but I usually just use a headband over them and that helps.

The same thing happens to me! If im working out at the gym and someone puts the fan on my ears hurt bad and I cannot run in the cold because of that problem. Idk why it happens but my theory is that my body is trying to sweat and the cold just isnt a good mixture. That sounds stupid but its the only think I can think of. I never looked it up.
