MDMA use (ecstasy)

i took half an ecstasy pill before i knew i was pregnant. im 5 weeks as of the 29th and i took it on the 19th.. is the baby going to be okay? will it have birth defects? i stopped all my drug use and started taking a prenatal vitamin too. im trying to be healthy as possible... any advice ?
