I know I need to take a test but it’s too early

Ok so has anyone had experience with this... I have a soft high cervix with white lotiony cm, and quite a bit of it too. I am only 3dpo does the whole cervix cm change happen this early for bfp?

I have had hot flashes I’m moody and only one of my nipples is sore, random right? My breasts are usually super sore before AF and I mean I notice a very slight ache but it’s very slight.

Help ladies what do U think?
