BBT and LH
This is my first month logging and following anything predictors. Previously I just went by what ever the calendar said. We got pregnant that way but sadly lost it. I finally had a period 12 weeks after the miscarriage.
So, I don't anything to compare it to.
What does my bbt compared to my increase LH levels indicate? Currently I trist the LH and calendar more than the bbt. I just dont just don't understand bbt as much.
