So I was on the bc pill for like 2 years then I got the skyla iud and had it for the three years then I tried the Nuva ring I only had it in for a week if that because while I was at work or even just up walking it felt like it’d come down to my vagina opening and would hurt so I ended up just taking it out. That was back in July I’ve always had pretty normal periods but in august I had 2 periods and then this month I’ve had two periods. But what’s weird this month is that i didn’t cramp at all I just bled and it was fairly lighter then my normal period. I know coming off birth control can cause irregular periods but for it to only make 2 irregular makes me wonder if it’s normal or if I need to make an appointment with my dr. I will not ever get back on birth control for two reasons one being that it scares me that it may end up making me infertile and two I’m a recovering drug addict and coming off birth control reminds me of the feeling of detoxing from drugs.
