ultrasound tomorrow, extremely worried

i can't sleep, I'm so afraid that I'll go in and there will be nothing there. I'm supposed to be 7 weeks and 5 days I believe. Doctor was worried because my levels were off a little... Last pregnancy they never seen a baby and I mc a few weeks after that... talk about traumatizing.
