Why are you on clomid? I have pcos and don’t ovulate normally. Halfway through my third month!

I wasn’t getting a strong enough ovulation according to my progesterone level. Clomid still barely helped but I️ got a BFP after 3 cycles.

Long cycles and possibly not ovulating well enough. It is improving my ovulation but not pregnant. On 6th cycle {3rd round of 100mg}

I’m on letrozole. I sometimes ovulate on my own but it’s not very often.  Have a super low almost non existent egg count and endometriosis. We are trying for one more miracle baby before I give up and have a hysterectomy as periods are excruciating for me.

Was on BC for 10 years did not have a period for 6 months after and obv not ovulating.
