Right time? Does that exist?

How did you determine when the right time was to have a baby? Or is that something that doesn't exist?

I agree, there is no right time. Life will always happen no matter how much we plan. Our first daughter was 100% planned out, our soon was a surprise and though it came out of no where which was a little stressful it didn't matter once we saw that first U/S. I at least recommend having stable income and having a decent roof over your head.

Anytime after you’re married and think ‘I’d like to have a baby’ and your partner agrees, is the right time in my eyes.

The right time does not exist! If you wait until you are 100% ready you will never have kids. You just have to decide what’s a good time for you. For example; you want to be married, have a stable job, and your own house. Just don’t make your goals something unrealistic.
