Missed period 8 days

He never came in me. 2 days ago before the expected period date which is on 20th we had quickie.. But never came in me.. I tested today and negative.. At first I had minor sore breast and light cramps agter missed period but lately I feel fine.. For while mo of oct I've been stressing out my job, is it delayed or? Never had a delayed period
