going by the months... what do you go by?

it's still confusing to me counting by the months. Everyone counts it different. I'll be 26wks on Wednesday.

In Japan we count 10 months of pregnancy - 4 equal weeks per month, equaling 40 weeks. So much easier to understand! I agree it’s confusing in America!

I go by weeks. Technically you’re pregnant for 10 months, 40 weeks 4 weeks a month. That’s how I think of it.

I go by months. finished months. so I won't say I'm six months until I hit 26 weeks.

I go by weeks because that's how both of my baby apps are set up. But from what I've experienced is anybody in an older generation went by months and not weeks so when I tell them I'm 24 weeks I also have to tell them that's 6 months.

I go by weeks, because months is just confusing. And there's more than 4 weeks in a month (besides February) so it just throws everything off lol
