Clitoris pain? :S

Hi everyone!

I'm currently 14+3 weeks, and I've been experiencing weird sharp pains in my clitoris for the last 3 days.

It started the same time as I started to get an ache in my bladder and the frequent need to pee but only let out a small amount every time. I figured this must be a silent UTI as I've had regular UTI's before but there was no burning or pain during urination. So I went to the doctors that day and they tested my pee and only found white blood cells, but no blood. But they started me on Amoxicillin anyway. It's been 2 and a half days since then and while the urge to pee is starting to become normal, I'm still getting the strange stabby clit! I've never had that symptom with UTI's in the past, but I've also never been pregnant before.

So what I'm getting at is, is this normal for a UTI or just a part of being pregnant?
