Mirena iud, antibiotics, sore boobs

I went to my OBGYN found I have gonorrhea and BV. (I have the mirena iud) I had my iud checked like with an ultra sound vaginally why I was there this was about a month ago. It was in place and looked good. But yesterday I started to have sore boobs and my next period isn’t for like 2-3 weeks. Should I be concerned? Also ever since getting off the antibiotics I was taking two my stomach has been so upset and gurgle and I’ve had diarrhea. Tip? Help? Should I be concerned? Thanks 😋
