Daily Doppler use?

Just wondering if anyone has heard anything about whether or not using a handheld fetal Doppler daily is safe? Does anyone know how much is too much? Previously lost my baby girl at 26 weeks. Currently 18w5d and it sure is reassuring to hear her HB.

I was told by my doctor that it isn’t hurting the baby to listen to the heartbeat. Ultrasound isn’t harmful like radiation from an X-ray.

I was told by my doctor to use mine everyday until I could feel baby move! I had 2 missed mc and he said it isn't harmful at all and it's better for me in fact if it kept my stress level down!
