Yeast Infection during Ovulation

I don't want to give up at this point, but it's hard to stay positive. I find that I get a yeast infection like every month before I ovulate. I've been trying a change of diet. My husband makes yogurt at home to make sure I get all the good bacteria without the sugar. I take a supplement to help support UTI / vaginal health, I've taken doctor prescribed meds, and everything else, but every month it's the same problem. I fear that the yeast creates a rough environment for the sperm to meet the egg. Are my fears true? Will another yeast infection during my fertile window diminish my chances of a BFP this month? Please help. I'm so upset and confused.
