Early period, intense cramps... Help!
3-4 days ago, I started cramping and they are the worst cramps I've ever experienced and I'm 25 y.o. The cramps have me bent over in pain. Yesterday, I started my period 10 days early. I am usually regular (thanks to my IUD). But I'm puzzled because of the intensity of these cramps... Is this normal?! Or should I go to the doctor since the severe cramps are still going on? Any advice is appreciated. TIA 💕
