Needles in back

All day I’ve had this strange feeling in my back. It feels like a bunch of needle pricks all over my back, down to my butt. It comes and goes, but it has happened at least 6 or 7 times so far. Has this ever happened to anyone else?

I get the same feeling as well, like someone took a towel made of needles and draped it over my back. For me, it seems to be a reaction to my sweat combining with something else - detergent, fabric softener, Febreeze.

When it happens, note what you wore, ate, and did that day. I think it's my sweat because my face gets itchy from it, but my back gets needly.
