separation anxiety and ptsd

Hey ladies....do any of you suffer from both these issues or just one? I mainly am curious about how to deal with separation anxiety. I get attached very quickly and unfortunately I suffer once my boyfriend goes off for the work week ahead. I typically see him on weekends and we do get good quality time together. also, I see a therapist once a week to aid in my mental health and well being. those sessions help but even so I still get upset regardless. I have no issues finding things to occupy my time. however, my thoughts and feelings still press on and leave me wounded/worthless. please help and give me options on what I can do to calm my anxiety naturally or with medication. I prefer naturally , but my life suffers and so does my employment.
