I don’t know what’s going on..

We had unprotected sex on sept 17, I drank my plan B pill right after. On sept 22-23 I started spotting, having really bad cramps and, my pee stank and it felt like burning. Then we had drunk unprotected sex again on Oct 15. I am Regular, this is like my first legit scare; my period usually is on the dot, it’s been a week. Also, I took two home pregnancy tests both negative.
