Relactation.
Alright ladies, long story short I stopped pumping for about 3 weeks but now I’m hoping to start back. I’ve been pumping regularly (most days) and eating homemade lactation cookies, but I’m still only pumping about 2oz/day.
Any tips to get my supply back?
I drink Mothers milk tea, eat flaxseeds, drink upspring, and sometimes eat oatmeal too. But nothing seems to be helping.
