Postpartum Pain??

Question

I’m almost 4 weeks PP and I still have bad pain down there. My bleeding has almost pretty much stopped but every time I sit down to on the toilet it hurts really bad and it hurts even just laying down. I have level 1 stitches.
How long is the pain supposed to last?

I had the same issue still at 4 weeks pp, pain when I sat on the toilet like the muscles were still healing. I'm now 7 weeks pp and I barely have that pain anymore. Just takes some time to heal!

It’s different for everyone. I had a few 2nd degree tears and just started feeling better down there 3.5 months postpartum. I can now have sex at 4 mos pp. hang on.. the pain eventually goes away

I’d go get yourself checked at the OB, you don’t have to wait until your 6 week check especially since you’re still in pain.
