Pumping on vacation!! Need advice!

I'm currently 27w/3d pregnant. I'm planning on breastfeeding when baby gets here. However, I have a problem. When she is around 3 months old, I will be going to a women's conference for 4 days, 6 hours from home. Just me and the ladies of my church! Its been planned since before I got pregnant and I've already paid for everything. I'm willing to pump while gone, but I don't think it's going to work out. The only place I would be able to pump is at our condo, because there is no "breastfeeding area" in the conference arena and no outlets to plug a pump up in the bathrooms. I don't want to take away from everyone's experience by having to stop and pump every 3 hours! I just don't know what to do! 😞
