How are my eating habits? please help
For breakfast every morning l eat a mix of steel cut oats with unsweetened cashew milk with some honey, cinnamon, and raisins. For lunch I eat a turkey sandwich with mustard, pickles, and lettuce on 12 grain bread. For dinner it's different every night but it's usually some type of meat, either steak or chicken. For snacks I'll sometimes have almonds, peanuts, and dark chocolate. I'm trying so hard to lose weight, any kind of advice is appreciated. The only exercise I'm allowed to do told to me by my Dr is walking, and I only ever drink water, nothing else.
