Does anyone truly believe the whole thing where what you speak will come to existence? I believe positive thoughts and words bring good things and also same with negative...

So I wonder did my mother in law curse her son/me? Ever since we got married (7yrs now) she’s always said “don’t have kids” (she has 4) “it’s the biggest mistake you can make” “they’re so hard not worth it” blah blah blah

I’ve told her to stop and that’s horrible to say and that her kids are wonderful- because they really are. It just goes in one ear out the other. My husband acts like its no big deal that she says those things but I’m sure it hurts him.

Ive wanted a baby pretty much since I was a baby!

Anyway if it’s a curse on us prayers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to this wonderful community for giving me hope and a way to kill time.
