Fertility & Plants?!
The more I study nutrition and continue my weight loss journey, the more I keep seeing the common denominator of health....whole food plant based nutrition HEALS. Obviously, vegetables are the best out of these, but following close behind is fruit, seeds, nuts, legumes and even whole grains (non GMO and organic from smaller farms are best) Something told me to post this post here. I just keep reading all these stories from women struggling to get pregnant, and being diagnosed with PCOS myself, I totally know where they are coming from. Below is a link to a great testimony of a woman with endometriosis who had trouble conceiving before switching her lifestyle. I've read enough articles, studies and seen enough documentaries to know that the more of that type of stuff you put into your diet the better, especially if it's raw or lightly cooked. It doesn't have to be low fat or carb free if it's the right kind of carbs and right kind of fat in the right amount. Commitment is key to sticking to it. Also, there is a doctor that teaches in depth about deficiencies and other stuff that has helped me understand so much (he preaches an alternative keto diet with lots of vegetables, which is another way to go if u do it right) His name is Dr Eric Berg, he has a YouTube channel. Hope this helps someone 🙂 http://nutritionstudies.org/how-the-china-study-gave-me-children/
