Anyone else have a sweaty little toddler?

My 15 month old’s head (her head only) sweats profusely throughout each night and during naps, to the point where her hair is soaked in sweat and so are her sheets. She sleeps in a diaper and a onesie (short-sleeved or even sleeveless sometimes) with no socks in an centrally air conditioned room with a ceiling fan with no blanket. I feel her legs throughout her sleep and they’re very cool to the touch but her little fireball head is always sweaty. I try to cover her with a thin swaddle blanket after she’s deep asleep but she always manages to kick off the covers! We live in a warm tropical climate year-round so our AC is on 24/7 set to 74F.

I’ve ordered moisture-wicking crib sheets so hopefully that helps her be a bit more comfortable.

Just wondering what you guys do with your sweaty toddler? I just hate the fact that she’s sleeping in a puddle of her own sweat! 😓
