AMH is 1.31, any input on this?

Mine was 1.4 at 28 years old. My RE said my numbers were low as if I were in my late 30’s. I did iui 4 times. Miscarried after the first iui. Currently 34.5 weeks after iui number 4. We also had male factor issues.  They told me that they don’t start to get worried until your AMH is less than 1.
