down there in vaginal area with this ph balance product supposed keep the area healthy with no infections i think i was supposed only put in the outter area which are the lips and sides of my vaginal ?

You are never supposed to wash the inside of your vagina with anything. Unscented mild soap externally only.

Never use soap on the inside. It can cause issues, especially if it is scented. Just use it on the outside. The vagina is self cleaning so warm water and a clean washcloth or totally enough for the inside
