Ok ladies I’m a FTM and needing some help. I normally (pre-pregnancy) take an allergy pill daily. My dr said I would have to ween off because it could dry up milk so I had stopped taking it the end of the first trimester. I have been completely fine until the weather changes hit Texas. It was 57F Friday, almost 90F Sunday and the 55F with rain for today (Tuesday) and man had this got my allergies all wacky. They are also defoliating cotton which has always gotten me. I took my allergy pill last night (Zyrtec and on the approved list) and a sudafed and mucinex this morning (also both on my approved meds list) but I don’t want to keep taking them if I can avoid it. Do y’all have any good allergy remedies to help with this dry itchy throat and stuffy nose?
