My cmv came positive

Hi, i am so stressed my cmv came positive for an Igg of 118 au/ml and an IGM index of 2.84 i am litteraly freeking out i mever heard of it and have did a thorough research on the subject so I am aware of the consequences. I am so stressed, i am waiting for my avidity test results they are taking ages. Had to change OBS because the one who diagnosed disappeared when the results came out and i had to see soneone else as i was very anxious.

I keep on saying that is too much to bare on a first pregnancy while living abroad! Anybody went through that? I overreacted so badly i ve been caring so much during that pregnancy that I can t even believe i cought the virus . Praying every single day that my avidity test will come back high. 🙏🙏
