Youtube is a great place to start, but also practice makes perfect! You don't need expensive makeup, just quality products. I HIGHLY recommend Lisa Eldridge. She's a bit older but she is a PROFESSIONAL makeup artist- not some silly bimbo on Instagram. Her tutorials are straightforward and she is always classy and sweet. Best of luck!
