Miscarriage in 2nd trimester?

Baby has been 100% healthy every time we’ve gone to the doctor, went and heard baby at 14 weeks with a strong heartbeat and I don’t have an appointment until the 13th.. will be 18w in a few days and I don’t feel like I’m growing 😞 how rare is a MC around this time?

I'm in the exact same boat as you. First timer here. My next appointment is the 16th at 18.5 and I am super paranoid that something could be wrong. But like you, baby has a strong and healthy heartbeat and I've not actually had anything alarming happen or any reason to think something's wrong. We just need to chill 😊❤️️

Do you have the app that tells you baby size week by week? You really won’t be growing allot until end of second trimester. If you went to the dr and everything is ok then just absorb that.

I felt like I stayed the same size from about 14weeks until 20. Then I popped and have noticed growth every few weeks. Your baby is likely just fine. If there was something wrong, it would probably be a chromosomal abnormality like trisomy that would cause s miscarriage this late but that is rare.

I didn't notice any belly growth until my third trimester towards the end...I just stayed small the whole time...try not to worry momma
