Help please

I don’t know what’s going on I feel like because of my cm I am ovulating but I’ve been getting negative ovulation tests. According to glow I’m supposed to ovulate today I don’t understand, can anyone help! This is my second month TTC so I’m still new to all this. Can I still conceive now even though my tests are negative??
