PCOS and HPT's

Has anybody here that also suffers from PCOS gotten pregnant but had negative home pregnancy tests? I'm on cycle day 60, I have never gone this late without AF showing up. Usually I will get sore nips for about a week before she shows her ugly face. I'm not experiencing that or any other signs of AF. I have been super tired, have a constant headache, and some cramping. Also have been really hot at night to the point where I can't sleep with covers on me. I've taken hpt's a few times but all negative. Next step to to attempt to see the Dr. just wondering if anybody has experienced this before?
