Going for ultrasound :/

I'm going for an Ultrasound tomorrow to see what caused me to pass the clots two days ago. When I was in the ER all they did was give me information about threatened miscarriage and told me I need to not have so much stress in my life, and also to make a follow up appointment with my OB. They did find nugget's heart while I was there beating at 170bpm which is the normal, and my hcg was 89,000. We are hoping everything is okay but I could use some good thoughts. Thank you💖
