My friend was drunk the other day and started telling me stories about when she was 14 and lost her virginity. The way she told me it sounds like rape but she said it isn't because she knows the guy and his now girlfriend and are friends with them both. She basically told me she went round her friends house and they were both invited to her friends boyfriends and when they got there ,there was another lad there. They all had something to drink and they she had some weed with them all but it got to her head so she went to bed. She came back down stairs later on and was on the sofa half asleep when the guy came down and kissed her. She said she blacked out after that but woke up again and they were still kissing and he was now touching her down there. She then said he asked if she'd like to have sex which she said yes (she was really out of it) however she then said after he started she blacked out and woke back up to her friend pulling her off the sofa. She said it isn't rape but I said it is because she passed out and he carried on? What do you guys think?
