ladies help!!!!

Ok i swore this month i wouldn't symptom spot or test early, and I haven't symptom spotted at all but for some reason I had sharp pains yesterday stabbing and my boobs are much more tender than usual. I'm not due AF until next week and I thought what the heck, some cheap tests I bought and I took one.... now I can see a 2nd line!!! I know the test is kinda invalid with the red dye and all and I will test tomorrow with FMU using a frer. but wow... is that a second line??? !!! 🤞🤞🤞🤞
