Looks like new born rash. They come and go. My daughter had them for the first few months.

I wouldn't worry unless it's hot to the touch or if she was extra fussy.

It’s a hormone rash. It’s common after birth because baby is trying to balance the hormones you left in their body along with their new ones. Nothing to worry about and it should t cause baby any discomfort or anything. My baby had this when I was nursing, it would come and go for the first few weeks.

My baby gets these too sometimes. And they’re gone within like half an hour. I don’t really know what they are but I don’t think they’re anything to be concerned about :)
